Welcome! I am excited to work together with you to reach your goals. Finding a way to prioritize what’s most important is our first task. Feeling the joy of knowing what’s most important, knowing when to ask for help, becoming a rock star at self-care, and having communication tools are all skills my client now possesses. Getting out of bed is so much easier!

My clinical personality is attentive, empathic and a little zany. I take my clients very seriously and at the same time, I also know when to interject a little bit of humor. 

I work well with adults who may be experiencing any or a mixture of the following:

-Anxiety

-Relationship issues

-Depression

-Parenting issues, including parenting a child with a disability

-Trauma responses

-War experiences

-Substance use disorders

-Co-dependency

-Experiencing bi-polar disorder and caring for someone with mental illness

-Abandonment issues

-Parenting issues

I have a lot of experience working with children who exhibit behavioral issues and cope with autism spectrum disorder. I do believe that meeting children's needs is best done in a face to face setting, rather than an online platform. I would be happy to work with parents and children together online.

My clients feel more zest for life after our sessions and know they are heard, valued and in charge of their healing. I am honored to be part of their lives!
