Licensed Professional Counselor

Online Therapy
License #6401007643Ages 18–73

I am a licensed therapist with experience in outpatient therapy since 1999. I specialize in working with individuals navigating relationship concerns, bipolar disorder, anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

I provide online therapy sessions from the comfort of my home and am passionate about helping people move toward healthier, more fulfilling lives. I understand that change can feel difficult, but with patience, support, coping skills, and encouragement, meaningful growth is possible. If you are willing to do the work, I would be honored to help guide and support you through the process.

My therapeutic approach blends humanistic, psychodynamic, attachment-based, and strengths-focused perspectives, with an emphasis on helping clients build self-worth, self-compassion, and confidence in their own inner strengths and abilities.

I currently offer virtual appointments through Great Lakes using a secure Zoom platform and have availability for late afternoon and early evening sessions. I am also happy to work with your scheduling needs whenever possible.
