Licensed Master Social Worker
My psychology focuses on one's ability to grow, gain stable emotional health and have satisfying relationships. I see clients dealing with anxiety, depression, co-dependency, coping skills, self-esteem, life transitions, grief, crisis management, post-traumatic stress and geriatric issues.
I help my clients separate their thinking from their feelings, to be able to see what is real from what they are feeling. That is, what is going on inside themselves; introducing the opportunity to live without anxiety, fear and depression. Feelings are often easily confused for reality and it is helpful to be able recognize the difference.
I see clients who may change careers, positions, and lifestyles in today's world more often than one has in the past. To find one's place, the meaning of one's own life, a daily living comfort level and a personal best are ongoing life goals. I provide a safe and helpful environment in which to assist my clients in achieving these goals.
