Welcome! I am a therapist with a decade of experience specializing in addictions and trauma, with advanced training in EMDR. I also support clients ages 16 and older with concerns such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, ASD, anger, stress, grief and loss, adjustment disorders, LGBTQ+ concerns, and personality disorders. Having navigated and adapted to my own experiences of complex trauma, I understand that healing is rarely a straight line.

My approach is collaborative and flexible. I walk beside you as an advocate rather than telling you what to do. Sometimes you may need warmth and compassion, while other times you may prefer direct honesty and accountability—I adapt to meet your needs. I believe therapy is about discovering strengths, building resilience, and creating a safe space where every part of your story is respected.
