Mecia Hale, MSW, LMSW-C
Licensed Master Social Worker
Welcome! I am Mecia Hale, LMSW-C, an independently licensed clinical social worker who works with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship concerns, adjustment difficulties, stress, and other emotional challenges. With more than six years of experience in behavioral health, I have worked across community mental health, inpatient, school-based, and clinical settings, providing psychotherapy, assessment, treatment planning, and care coordination.
I believe therapy is a collaborative process, and I strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable being open and authentic. I take a person-centered, strengths-based approach and work collaboratively with clients to better understand their experiences, identify patterns, develop effective coping strategies, and work toward meaningful change.
My clinical approach incorporates cognitive-behavioral and other evidence-based interventions, with treatment tailored to each client's individual needs, experiences, and goals. I recognize that seeking therapy can be an important step, whether you're working through a difficult transition, struggling with anxiety or depression, navigating a relationship challenge, or simply feeling stuck and wanting something to change.
My goal is to provide you with a safe space to feel heard, gain greater insight into yourself, and develop practical tools you can carry into your everyday life.
