Megan Donohue, LMSW
Licensed Master Social Worker
I’m a behavioral therapist, which means our work will be structured, goal-oriented, and grounded in evidence-based skills. I completed the DBT Training Program and Lab at Columbia University’s School of Social Work, where I trained in the foundations of behavioral treatments with a specialization in Dialectical Behavior Therapy.
I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults who feel overwhelmed by their emotions, stuck in unhelpful patterns, or unsure how to make lasting changes. Whether you’re navigating intense feelings, relationship challenges, or fluctuating motivation, therapy can help you build the concrete skills needed to move forward with greater stability and confidence.
My style is warm, straightforward, and collaborative. If you’re looking for therapy that is actionable, structured, and grounded in behavioral science, I’m here to support you.
