Sometimes life doesn't go the way we planned. Relationships change. Crisis happens. Someone dies. Something traumatic occurs. Depression becomes harder to manage. Or you simply find yourself in a season where you don't know what comes next. You don't have to figure it all out alone.
I love working with adults and couples who are going through something significant—crisis, recent trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, depression, or a major life transition.
I provide a space to slow things down, talk openly, process what's happening right now, and begin figuring out what comes next. I believe therapy should feel comfortable, honest, and human. You don't need to have the right words or know exactly where to start. We can start wherever you are.
I genuinely value the connection that comes with therapy and feel incredibly lucky to be able to support people through some of life's hardest moments. I love seeing people find their footing, grow, and realize they can move forward—even when life doesn't look the way they expected.
