My main priority when working with clients is to create a safe space where we can be our authentic selves so the healing process can begin. I utilize a trauma-informed approach to treatment using CBT, DBT, and EMDR for adolescent and adult populations.

My goal when working with clients is to provide skills and eduction to assist in managing neurodivergence, family relationships, romantic relationships, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and chronic illness.

I obtained my Master of Social Work from University of Michigan in 2021 and have an undergraduate degree in psychology and anthropology. My education has provided me  a lens to explore individual experiences and unique perspectives. I have professional experience working with adolescents and their families and domestic violence survivors.
