Meredith Fenton, MA-CMHC, LPC, NCC
Licensed Professional Counselor
My work is devoted to helping individuals restore internal clarity, emotional balance, and a compassionate relationship with themselves.
I integrate attachment-based psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDRIA-approved EMDR, Brainspotting, neuroscience, mindfulness-based compassion practices, and thoughtful medication management to address anxiety, trauma, and deeply rooted emotional patterns at both psychological and neurobiological levels.
Therapy with me is deliberate and collaborative — a space for depth, precision, and meaningful change. Rather than managing symptoms alone, we work toward lasting internal coherence, resilience, and self-trust.
I uniquely provide trauma-informed, evidence-based, whole-being care. I am trained in attachment therapy, CBT, ACT, DA, MBSR, SE, DBT, EMDR, IFS, Gottman, Brainspotting, Biorhythm Intuition, nervous system re-stabilization, medication management, and neuroscience. You will find lasting clarity, resilience, and self-trust with my therapeutic style.
Healing, in my view, occurs when insight meets compassion and the nervous system finally experiences safety.
