Michelle Crang, LLP
Limited Licensed Psychologist
Welcome! Therapy is a collaborative journey where we work together to explore the life experiences, relationships, and patterns that shape how you interact with the world. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to navigate life’s challenges.
In our work together, we will identify and build upon your strengths, helping you develop coping strategies and make meaningful changes that align with your goals. I am trained in a variety of therapeutic approaches and will tailor our sessions to best fit your unique needs.
In addition to my psychology degree, I hold a certificate in cognitive therapy. My special areas of interest include anxiety, depression, grief and loss, harmful coping patterns, healing from abuse, personality disorders, relationships, and trauma.
I am committed to providing a compassionate and accepting environment where growth, insight, and transformation can happen. I look forward to supporting you on your path to healing and self-discovery.
