Some chapters of our lives can feel overwhelming and we need further support on the journey toward healing in a safe, non judgmental space.

I am a licensed clinical social worker in the state of Michigan (LMSW, CAADC-DP) and graduated from Western Michigan University. I specialize with children, adolescents, and young adults with a primary focus on trauma, depression, anxiety, grief and behavioral issues. I am trained in evidenced based practice - TF-CBT, CBT, mindfulness, EMDR and motivational interviewing (Note: EMDR is offered in-person sessions only). I work with clients and their caregivers to create a treatment plan based specifically on individual assessment and identified needs. My passion is helping individuals deepen their sense of self worth and personal growth.
