Hello and welcome!
I am looking forward to getting to know you, all of you - the holistic you. I focus on client strengths, utilize compassion and empathy, and understand systemic impacts on individual, communal, and global levels. I am honored to walk alongside you in this journey and discover together your definition of wellness. I will support you in recognizing your inherent wisdom and offer skills that you can apply to daily life.
I specialize in relationships of all configurations, aspects of racial and cultural identity, adoption, life transitions, anxiety, and sexuality. I am an open person who welcomes questions and conversation; always is willing to learn more.
