Limited Licensed Counselor
Welcome! My approach to therapy is collaborative in nature and rooted in elements of authenticity, compassion, and lightheartedness. Life can often feel overwhelming, which is why I am a firm believer in fostering a warm environment where one can slow down and express their thoughts and feelings without judgement. I am quite the animated person and I believe a good laugh goes a long way.
I utilize an integrative approach to therapy, deriving skills and tenets from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy, and will personalize this approach to meet your specific needs and preferences. I have experience addressing anxiety, depression, as well as concerns related to stress, self-esteem, and personal relationships. I have worked with diverse populations, including children, teenagers, young adults, and older adults.
I graduated with a Master’s degree in Applied Clinical Psychology from Penn State in 2023 and I am currently a Limited Licensed Professional Counselor.
