Licensed Master Social Worker
I am a licensed Master’s Social Worker and ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider. I have over 14 years of experience helping adults and older adults cope with emotional challenges and adapt to loss and life changes. My approach is client-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-informed. I use an eclectic approach that includes EMDR Therapy, CBT, Mindfulness, Transactional Analysis, Gestalt, and, most importantly, Empathic Listening. I use a teaching style in my counseling to help clients learn why they behave the way they do so that they can be empowered to make changes. This includes skills development around emotional regulation and distress tolerance.
If you are looking for a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental place to heal, then I will be a good fit for you.
