I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LMSW-C). I have experience working with clients with diverse backgrounds and concerns including, LGBTQ+, anxiety, depression, loss, grief, end of life issues, life transitions and self-esteem issues.

I received a master’s in Social Work from Eastern Michigan University. My approach to therapy is creating a safe space for individuals to thrive through exploring life experiences and events that have shaped who they are and reconnecting with themselves by breaking themes and patterns.

My therapy style uses a compassionate, non-judgmental, and empowering approach. I utilize a strengths-based approach and person-centered approach to treatment, recognizing that everyone has the resources within themselves, which, when fostered, will assist them in obtaining their treatment goals. My techniques include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness and Solution-Focused to help clients live their best lives.
