From time to time, we all need someone to talk to—someone who will truly listen without judgment. You are the expert on your own life and experiences, and my goal is to be a supportive presence as you navigate change.

I believe in building meaningful relationships grounded in respect, consistency, and authenticity. I'm deeply committed to this work and to the idea that even small steps can shift the direction of our lives.

With a strong sense of humor and a deep appreciation for life’s lighter moments, I try to bring joy into everything I do—because sometimes a smile or a laugh is exactly what we need to keep going.

With nearly 15 years in the field of social work, I’ve worked across many areas of mental health and with individuals involved in multiple systems. I’ve supported people across the lifespan, but have a particular passion for working with transitional-age youth and young adults.

I look forward to meeting you and co-creating a space that feels safe, supportive, and uniquely yours.
