Nicole Kaiser, LCSW
Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Welcome! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 13 years of experience in social work and mental health. I'm passionate about helping people find clarity, healing, and balance. Whether you're facing challenges or simply looking for a space to be heard, I’m here to support you every step of the way. I specialize in working with adolescents (15+) and adults, providing support for anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, family issues, mood disorders, self-esteem, anger management, and life transitions.
My approach is holistic—I see each person as a whole and tailor therapy to their unique needs. I integrate evidence-based techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Strength-Based Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy, to empower clients in their healing process.
I earned my undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville and my master’s degree in social work from Clarke University in Dubuque, Iowa.
