Limited Licensed Psychologist
Life can be difficult at times and presents us with unexpected challenges and stress. Regardless of how we prepare, life and emotional difficulties can get in our way of reaching our goals, having healthy relationships, being self-confident and living life the way that want. I am compassionate therapist with over 34 years of experience dedicated to helping individuals navigate life challenges, build emotional resilience, heal from difficult experiences, manage their emotional symptoms, and develop healthier ways of coping. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and patterns while building greater self-awareness and confidence.
My approach is collaborative and tailored to each person’s unique needs. I incorporate techniques from cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, psychodynamic therapy models, and mindfulness. I provide a safe space for people to work through their concerns. I work with individuals struggling with many different mental health and emotional issues.
Together, we focus on creating a path toward meaningful change and lasting growth. Therapy is a journey of self-discovery, resilience, and finding new possibilities for living a healthier, more fulfilling life. It would be an honor to work with you on your journey.
