Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
You may be feeling disconnected—from your partner, from others, or from yourself. Perhaps your relationship is strained by ongoing conflict, emotional distance, or loss of trust. As an individual, you may be experiencing anxiety, grief, or the weight of a major life transition such as loss, separation, parenthood, or career change. You might feel overwhelmed, uncertain, or stuck in patterns that no longer feel helpful. Whether you come alone or with your partner, you are seeking clarity, emotional safety, and deeper connection in your life and relationships.
I have completed all four levels required to be a certified Gottman therapist and use a strength-based, evidence-based approach. I help couples improve communication, rebuild trust, and strengthen emotional connection. I also support individuals navigating anxiety, grief, and life transitions with practical tools and emotional insight.
Therapy is a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space to explore difficult emotions. Whether addressing relationship challenges, anxiety, grief, or personal growth, sessions are collaborative and paced with care. You can expect greater clarity, emotional relief, and practical skills to use in daily life.
