Norene Cashen, LMSW

I'm an experienced Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in the state of Michigan. I offer individual therapy to adults while honoring their goals, values, and preferences.

I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), and other evidence-based interventions. I am also trained as a Grief-Informed Professional able to assist with complicated and prolonged grief.

Together we will work on healthy coping skills, recognizing the important connection between thoughts and emotions, and using strategies that reduce symptoms and increase wellbeing.
