Hi there, I’m Pamela. I’m a licensed clinical social worker and certified Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapist with over ten years of experience supporting adults, children, adolescents, teens, and families through healing and growth.

In my work with adults, I specialize in helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, PTSD, self-esteem challenges, parenting, and life transitions. Whether you’re adjusting to a new phase in life, coping with overwhelming emotions, or working to strengthen your role as a parent, I offer a calm, grounded, and collaborative space for reflection, healing, and meaningful change.

I also have a deep passion for working with children, adolescents, and teenagers who are navigating attachment challenges, behavioral and emotional struggles, ADHD, anxiety, depression, and grief. I support healing within the parent-child relationship through trauma-informed care, co-regulation strategies, and developmentally appropriate discipline. I help families build stronger connections, manage difficult behaviors, and support children’s emotional, social, and cognitive development through creative play-based techniques and interactive, visual tools. I guide young clients in building emotional awareness and coping skills in a safe, supportive environment.

One of the most important parts of therapy is the relationship we build together. I want you to feel safe, heard, and understood throughout our work—and that begins with how we communicate. My communication style is patient, grounded in active listening, and centered on trust. I take the time to truly hear your thoughts, feelings, and experiences without rushing or judgment. I prioritize creating a space where you can show up exactly as you are.

My approach is collaborative and reflective. I listen deeply, offer thoughtful feedback, and focus on understanding your goals, concerns, and hopes—for yourself, your child, or your family. My journey into the mental health field was driven by a deep passion for helping others heal, grow, and feel seen. What keeps me motivated is witnessing transformation: watching individuals find their voice, families reconnect, and healing unfold.

Therapy is more than treatment—it’s a partnership rooted in trust, safety, and hope. I’m honored to walk alongside you as you take these important steps.
