Hello and welcome!! Kudos for taking time to seek therapy and support! In my therapy work, I take a humanistic and behaviorist approach. I consider myself down-to-earth and open minded, which I believe helps in the therapy experience and allows clients to THRIVE again. I see toddlers, children, teens, and adults for therapy as individuals, couples, and families. I use a mixture of my training in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy (ERP) to support my clients in finding stability, clarity, success, and a greater sense of self-worth. I look forward to the opportunity to work with you to help you regain that zest for life!
