Rebecca Anderson, Ph.D.

Welcome! I am a licensed psychologist with 33 years of clinical experience, but beyond that, I am also a mother of two and a proud grandmother of six. Family is at the heart of my life, and spending time with my grandchildren brings me immense joy. In my free time, I love reading, watching movies, biking, and taking road trips to explore new places.

My approach to therapy is rooted in compassion and understanding. I believe in meeting each person where they are, helping them navigate life’s challenges, and supporting them in finding acceptance and fulfillment. I have special expertise in dealing with chronic health conditions and pain management. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where you feel heard and empowered to live your best life.
