Hi, I’m Rene! I’m here to provide a safe place for you to process your emotions and life experiences. I believe that you are the expert on your own life, and I strive to incorporate this into my sessions. I view each person I work with as a participant in their own healing and not just a patient. I utilize strengths-based and evidence-based practices for each individual that I work with. I’m here to meet you where you are and to hold your hand as we therapeutically work through life’s challenges. I attended Western Michigan University for both undergrad and grad school. I have worked with kids and teenagers to cope with anxiety and depression to live a fulfilling life
