Hi, I’m Riahanah. I’m happy you’re here. I work with people who are seeking support with anxiety, depression, trauma, LGBTQIA+, racial or sexual discrimination, adjustment and stress, ADHD, relationship concerns, college mental health, and athletic performance.
My approach to therapy is humanistic and cognitive-behavioral, integrating techniques from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
Together we will explore insight, develop coping skills, and strive for meaningful change. Be kind to yourself and I look forward to connecting with you.
