Hey there! I'm a therapist specializing in treating adults, teens, and couples for a wide variety of issues from codependency and relationship issues to depression and anxiety. I'm naturally very caring and understanding, and focus on being proactive with treatment, helping individuals and families to identify concrete goals, while providing the necessary support to help them make positive changes in their lives. I believe in combining multiple proven approaches to lead each individual in their personal growth. After all, no one approach works perfectly with everyone, so I work hard to find an approach that will work best with each individual. I have a Master's degree as a Licensed Professional Counselor, obtained from the Franciscan University of Steubenville, OH.

I believe in creating a safe atmosphere where clients can build a strong internal awareness of the issues they are experiencing. By creating a relationship built on trust and support, we can develop an action plan to gain emotional control and better communication. I also cooperate with individuals to shape that plan to fit their specific needs, creating the outcome they are personally looking for.
