Roopa believes in creating a safe, nonjudgemental space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings. She understands that the idea of engaging in therapy can be overwhelming and will work with you to meet your unique needs at your own pace. Roopa’s goal is to help you feel empowered and cultivate resilience so that you may lead a healthy and fulfilled life.  

Roopa has experience with and is passionate about working with diverse populations, including assisting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions and relationship complications.  

When Roopa is not working, she is spending time with family and friends, traveling, enjoying outdoor activities or reading a good book.
