Samantha Smith

Samantha holds a master's degree in Counseling, as well as a bachelor's and master's degree in Criminal Justice. She brings a wealth of experience from a variety of clinical and community-based settings, including social service agencies, girls’ homes, shelters, DHHS community mental health, nonprofit organizations, and the criminal justice system.

Her clinical work is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), a modality she values for its ability to empower individuals by helping them identify and change negative thought patterns. Samantha primarily works with adults but also provides care for children, offering a flexible and compassionate approach that meets each client where they are.

Samantha enjoys spending time with her family, writing, and helping others through acts of encouragement and support. She believes that meaningful change begins with a single decision, and through CBT, she strives to guide others toward healthier, more positive outcomes.
