With over 15 years of dedicated experience in the mental health field, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise in supporting both children and adults through various life challenges. For the past nine years, I have served as a school counselor, fostering a nurturing environment for students' emotional well-being. Prior to my role in education, I dedicated six years to working with families within the foster care system, addressing unique and complex needs.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor with additional certifications in School Counseling and National Counselor Certification, I am committed to maintaining the highest standards of professional practice. My diverse background equips me to assist individuals grappling with a spectrum of issues, including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, low self-esteem/self-worth, anger management, family conflicts, and relationship issues.
