Are anxiety, depression, stress, or life changes making it difficult to feel like yourself? Maybe you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of how to move forward. Therapy can be a place to slow down, feel understood, and work through what’s weighing on you. I offer a warm, empathetic, and nonjudgmental space where we can explore your concerns, build on your strengths, and develop practical coping skills. My goal is to help you feel more confident, capable, and in control of your life.

I work with adults 18+ experiencing anxiety, depression, life changes, stress, or difficult experiences. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space to process thoughts and feelings, develop healthy coping skills, and better understand yourself. Together, we can build confidence and navigate life’s challenges with greater balance.

Taking an integrative approach to therapy is imperative to recovery. Integrative therapy involves meeting the client where they are at in order to best meet their individual needs. I specialize in mood and anxiety disorders, as well as men’s mental health. I work with adults to help them become better versions of themselves, and achieve their potential.
