Do you find yourself overthinking, constantly worrying, or feeling like you're never quite "good enough"? Maybe you're exhausted from trying to hold everything together while struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, perfectionism, people-pleasing, or burnout. If this sounds familiar, you don't have to face it alone.

I work with adults who want to better understand themselves, build healthier coping skills, and create meaningful change. Whether you're new to therapy or returning, my goal is to provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space. You don't need to have everything figured out before we begin.

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique needs. Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills and techniques, person-centered therapy, and thought work-based principles, we'll explore the patterns that may be keeping you stuck while building practical tools to help you improve self-esteem, navigate difficult emotions, and strengthen your relationships. I believe therapy should be both supportive and practical, offering space to process your experiences while helping you develop skills you can use in everyday life.

The foundation of my work is a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust, authenticity, and respect. My hope is that you'll leave sessions feeling heard, challenged in a supportive way, and more confident in your ability to navigate life's challenges.

If you're looking for a therapist who will meet you with empathy, curiosity, and genuine support, I'd be honored to be part of your journey.

For caregivers with children 3 - 6.5 years of age:

I am trained in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) which is designed to help children with behavioral and anxiety issues. If there is a child in your life that struggles with independence, physical/verbal aggression, bed wetting, listening, or other behavioral issues, PCIT could be a great fit for your family. PCIT helps equip parents with techniques that help increase the bond between caregiver and child, which in turn, helps increase the child’s ability to regulate emotions, communicate, improve their speech, and so much more. (For PCIT children must be between the ages of 3 to 6.5).
