Sarah Grogan, LLP

Welcome! I'm a Clinical Psychologist with almost two decades of experience helping others improve their well-being. I specialize in assisting adults with ADHD, anxiety, depression, attachment issues, postpartum depression/anxiety, and difficult life transitions. I also provide ADHD testing for adults which is an OOP cost. I have a special interest in supporting women navigate common life challenges. My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental environment, which includes being an LGBTQ+ affirming therapist. My certification as an Integral Coach influences my approach to creating goals with clients and identifying ways to take meaningful steps forward in their lives. Clients have shared their appreciation for my ability to see beyond challenges and into root causes, followed by an empathic and strategic approach for healing.
