Limited Licensed Psychologist
I am deeply passionate about the benefits of therapy and empowering individuals to tap into their inner potential for transformation and growth. The truth is, anything worth having takes time, but in the end, it is worth it. I believe that therapy is a collaborative relationship between the therapist and the client that will empower the client to take charge of their own life.
I aim to provide my clients with coping skills that will help them lead meaningful lives aligned with their personal values. My approach is based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), focusing on behavioral activation and challenging negative core beliefs. However, I believe that the connection I develop with my clients is what truly facilitates growth.
As a South Asian American, I have personal insight into the various social pressures that people of color face, which enables me to better understand my clients' struggles. I am available for both in-person sessions and Telehealth.
