Shannon Conover, LMSW

Welcome! I’m a person-centered, trauma-informed therapist who works adults, with a special focus on trauma and LGBTQ+ issues. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, safe, and supported—where you can show up as your full self without judgment.

I use a strengths-based approach, which means I believe you already have what you need to heal and grow—we’ll work together to uncover it. I pull from a range of tools like CBT, DBT-informed strategies, EMDR, and Motivational Interviewing, always tailoring our work to fit your unique needs and pace.

Whether you're working through past trauma, navigating identity, or just feeling stuck, I’m here to walk alongside you.
