I want to join you on your journey to feeling better and more hopeful about your future. My ideal client is an adult who is stuck, or possibly dealing with trauma and other issues from their past and is motivated to heal. I am trained in EMDR, which is a powerful way to reduce your distress and bring greater understanding about your past (and present) issues, so you can begin healing and moving forward in your life. We, as humans, are complicated beings, but we all share the same basic need to be encouraged, validated, cared for, and nurtured and I promise to provide that for you in a confidential, safe, and comfortable setting.
