It takes courage to recognize the demands of life and request guidance to overcome obstacles. This first step, as well as waiting, might be stressful. My experience enables me to work promptly to create a strategy for wellness, without worry.

I earned a BS in Psychology and Child Development. A Post-Bachelor degree in nonprofit administration, an MA in Rehabilitation Counseling and Community Inclusion, and a Ph.D. in Sociology, with an emphasis on women, children, families, Veterans, and individuals with disabilities who face obstacles that impede their independence in their homes or communities.
