I am glad to introduce myself as a clinician who has a passion for creating space for the heavier things in life, whether past or present. In these therapeutic spaces, I am dedicated to forming trusting and mutual relationships that allow people to find their own ways to grow and heal. 

My experience includes specializing in trauma-informed care and crisis intervention. I have spent years working with individuals experiencing a diverse range of needs including complex trauma, surviving domestic violence/abuse, adoption, early childhood adversities, and difficult relationships with substances. I use evidence-based practices and a person-centered approach to support the needs of those I work with.
