Creating change can be a challenging journey, but it’s through this journey that you can gain insight and discover the inner strength to live a more fulfilling life. Each person’s path to achieving their goals is unique and I believe in a holistic and inclusive approach that acknowledges the cultural, social, and personal contexts shaping mental health. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to explore their thoughts, develop coping strategies, and pursue their personal goals.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor, a nationally certified trauma therapist, and a Certified Clinical Supervisor. My clinical experience includes community mental health, correctional facilities, and private practice, working with clients facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, domestic violence, substance use, relationship issues and life transitions. I am currently seeing individuals 18 yrs. and up.
