Welcome! I understand that life can feel overwhelming, and while it may seem like you have to walk through it alone, support is available. I believe that better understanding our feelings and patterns of behavior with compassion can help us live more fulfilling lives.
I feel comfortable discussing both intensely distressing and everyday concerns. Your concerns matter, and there is a reason they have brought you to therapy. I am here to explore them with you in a supportive and nonjudgmental environment.
I work with adolescents and adults and utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Adlerian Therapy, and Family Systems Therapy. If you are struggling with depression, anxiety, ADHD, autism, OCD, or major life stressors, I would be honored to help you develop practical coping skills, gain insight into patterns that may be holding you back, and create meaningful, lasting change.
I am a naturally curious, accepting, and steady presence, and I strive to create a space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered as you work through life’s challenges.
