Welcome! My name is Stephanie Gonzalez. I am currently offering Telehealth therapy services. I am a Licensed Clinical Therapist. I completed my Bachelors at Central Michigan University and my Master's at Michigan State University. I have been providing clinical therapy services since 2017. My goal as a therapist is to guide individuals of all ages through their current life experiences. I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families. Starting the process of therapy can be overwhelming but the end result can be life changing. If you find yourself having a hard time managing a significant life event, depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship or communication issues, you do not have to deal with it alone. I specialize in Talk Therapy, utilization of healthy coping techniques and mindfulness-based approaches. I strongly believe that therapy can assist in breaking generational cycles of trauma, setting healthy boundaries, and creating a positive path forward. My approach is rooted in empathy, authenticity and practical support.
