Catholic-Christian Therapist

We are all beloved children of God. I believe that the goal of counseling is to help people become who God intended them to be.

My faith journey as a Catholic Christian is very important to me. I have been a member of the Shrine of the Little Flower community for over 30 years. The nurturing and growth of the spiritual dimension of a person is essential for lasting success and wholeness. If Catholic, I will try to incorporate a Catholic Mindset and Christ’s love for you as appropriate. However, I am able to honor other faith traditions as well. No two people are alike and no one theory works for all people. My counseling approach has always been to join with people in their life journey and help them move forward using their values and strengths. I use a neuroscientific framework steeped in principles of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to help people understand their thoughts, feelings and behaviors, and strengthening the mind, body and spirit connection.
