Hello, and congratulations to you for seeking out a richer life through better mental health. My goal as a therapist is to support individuals while steering through feelings of confusion, sadness, loneliness, and depression.

Through my own counseling, I have learned to work in the gray, give myself grace, accept myself and others, and be genuinely happy. I aspire to provide hope to people in need.
