Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, emotionally exhausted, or unsure why life feels harder than it “should.” Some struggle with anxiety, ADHD, depression, burnout, relationship stress, low self-esteem, or difficulty managing emotions. Others feel caught in patterns of overthinking, people-pleasing, self-criticism, or disconnection from themselves and the people around them.
I work with adolescents and adults from a variety of backgrounds and life experiences. In therapy, I aim to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients can openly explore their thoughts, emotions, relationships, and life experiences without fear of being criticized or misunderstood.
My approach is both insight-oriented and practical. Together, we work to better understand the underlying patterns contributing to distress while also developing concrete tools to help clients navigate everyday life more effectively. I draw from evidence-based approaches including CBT and ACT, while tailoring therapy to each person’s individual needs, goals, and strengths.
I am currently pursuing my doctorate in clinical psychology, which further informs my commitment to thoughtful, evidence-based care and continued professional growth.
Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, but you do not have to navigate things alone. Therapy can be a space to better understand yourself, build healthier patterns, and create a life that feels more manageable, meaningful, and authentic.
