Everyone has a story to tell and needs someone who will listen. My priority is to give you a safe place to share that story without judgement. As your therapist, I believe that you are the expert on your own life and will work to meet you where you are at. I utilize a strengths-based approach to help you work on personal growth and the goals that are important to you. I specialize in working with individuals who are struggling with anxiety, self-esteem, life transitions, high stress, and trauma. I am passionate and experienced in working with individuals who are a part of the LGBTQIA+ community and teens and young adults working to transition to adulthood.

I received both my Bachelors and Masters of Social Work degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. I tailor your treatment plan to your needs and use techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and many more evidence-based approaches.
