My goal is to create an environment conducive to personal growth and healing. I utilize various therapeutic approaches that are tailored to meet the specific needs of my clients. Together, we can work towards finding a solution. My passion lies in working with children, families, and individuals, helping them recognize their strengths and emotions, while overcoming negative influences that may impact their self-esteem. This, in turn, promotes personal growth.

I obtained a Master's degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of Michigan. During my time at the university, I was recognized as a clinical scholar and had the privilege to gain valuable experience at the Rachel Upjohn Depression Clinic. Subsequently, I had the opportunity to work with a community Mental Health Authority, where I received extensive clinical training in various areas such as trauma-focused cognitive therapy, PMTO, parent management training of Oregon, and suicide prevention, among others. Together, we can overcome any obstacles that may arise.

My areas of specialization include depression, anxiety, trauma and grief, life transitions and adjustments, as well as behavior disorders such as attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), oppositional defiant disorder, and anger management. Additionally, I have expertise in developmental disabilities including autistic spectrum disorders.
