Life is not free from struggles and sometimes you need a little help to get through them. My goal for therapy is to build an authentic connection with my clients providing them a safe, comfortable, and empathetic space to be heard and validated. Regardless of the reason you’re here, we will work together to help you gain the skills you need to improve your mindset and circumstances, while building resilience and recognizing your strengths.

I specialize in working with PTSD/trauma, anxiety, mood disorders, personality disorders, anger management, and adjustment issues. I practice using evidenced-based approaches and interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Supportive Psychotherapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
