Tiffany McCord, LPC
Licensed Professional Counselor
My focus as a Licensed Professional Counselor is building a safe, supportive, and trusting relationship with my clients. I encourage an active and collaborative working relationship in my therapy practice. In addition to a Master’s degree in Community Psychology, I hold a certificate in Trauma-Informed Counseling.
I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and use therapeutic approaches that include Trauma-Informed Care, psychoeducation, and mindfulness techniques. I work with adults experiencing mood disorders such as anxiety and depression. Other areas of specialty include grief and loss, trauma, ADHD, adjustment challenges, and self-esteem concerns. I collaborate with clients to discover strengths, increase resilience, and develop skills needed to facilitate change outside of the therapy setting.
