I am passionate about assisting individuals, couples, and families to experience a greater sense of well-being and fulfilment in their lives and relationships. I am persuaded that counseling is a journey of mutual respect and cooperation and support a holistic view of individuals that includes their mental, emotional, social, and spiritual aspect of their lives. Establishing a collaborative partnership with clients in setting achievable counseling goals is important for me and providing an environment that is safe and conducive to helping people develop insight and skills to manage through life’s greatest challenges is vital in my practice. My background includes extensive experience and training with helping individuals and families struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, relationship conflict, infidelity, separation and divorce, and blended family dynamics.
