With over 10 years of experience, I specialize in working with adult survivors of childhood adversity — including emotional, physical, and sexual abuse, as well as the lasting effects of poverty and chronic instability. I support individuals navigating trauma, crisis, and the deeply rooted patterns that form when early environments are unsafe or unpredictable. Much of this work involves helping people recognize and break harmful cycles — whether that shows up as self-sabotage, destructive relationship dynamics, people-pleasing, emotional shutdown, or patterns that once kept you safe but no longer serve you. My approach is integrative and tailored to each person: I draw on Psychoanalytic therapy to explore what lies beneath the surface, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to interrupt and reshape unhelpful patterns in thought and behavior, and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), in which I am certified, to build present-moment awareness and nervous system regulation. All of my work is grounded in trauma-informed care — meaning I understand how adversity lives in the body, identity, and relationships, and I work to create a space where healing can happen without re-traumatization.

I bring a multicultural, intersectional lens to every therapeutic relationship, and I am proud to offer bilingual sessions in both English and Hindi — because emotion often lives closest to the surface in the language we grew up with. I am particularly experienced supporting South Asian, immigrant, and bicultural individuals who may be navigating intergenerational trauma, cultural identity, or family dynamics that a mainstream therapist might not fully understand. Whether you are in acute crisis or carrying wounds that have followed you for years, I offer a warm, non-judgmental space where your full story is welcome. I offer a complimentary consultation call — reaching out is often the hardest step, and I am here when you are ready.

I offer a space that is thoughtful, unhurried, and attuned to the full context of your experience — including your cultural background, family history, and the world you come from.
