Vickie Clouse, LMSW

Sometimes you can’t just roll with life challenges and that’s the perfect time to put yourself first. My name is Vickie Clouse and I have been in the field of social work since 2018. I graduated with my master’s degree from Spring Arbor University in 2020 and am a fully licensed clinical social worker (LMSW) and school social work certification. 

I have a wide range of experience including medical/hospice, inpatient psychiatric, private practice, and currently a school social worker. This range of experience makes me the perfect fit to help you navigate any of life's challenges. I love working with teens and adults ages 12 years old through the end of life. Mental health has always been a passion of mine and I feel it is a great privilege to be able to walk alongside someone in their darkest times. 

Together we will work collaboratively to help you find joy again. Whether that is challenging negative thinking patterns, learning to cope with anxiety, managing depression, finding your way through grief, or helping families come together. I believe in trying to keep therapy fun, crying it out when needed, and giving you some pushback in order for you to grow. I tend to utilize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness as my primary therapeutic approach but also have experience with solution focus and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).
